Inline Assembly Line Fastening
Overview

What it is

The assembly-line fastening machine builds on a standard conveyor line by adding automatic product fixturing and fixed multi-axis fastening. Modules are added according to product complexity and screw count, scaling from semi-automatic to fully automatic operation.

Over years of deployment it has matured into semi-auto, large-scale, fully-automatic, and special-custom configurations — letting you match throughput and budget while keeping a single integration partner from concept to commissioning.
