The vision positioning machine adds an industrial CCD camera and intelligent correction to the fastening head. It photographs each workpiece, finds the exact hole position, and corrects the drive path — reaching repeat positioning accuracy of ±0.02mm.
It is purpose-built for high-mix production with very small screw holes — smartphones, smartwatches, micro-electronics — and for reflective or special-material surfaces where conventional photoelectric sensors fail. The vision module pairs with multi-axis, coordinate, or full-line platforms.
